      These apply to every proposal and are shared with everyone at your company. Click a section to expand it.
      Company info
      State licenses
      Type your license number next to each state you work in. Leave a state blank and no license prints on proposals in that state. The proposal footer picks the right one from the state in the project address (e.g. "Queens, NY 11374"). For two licenses in one state, type both in the same box, e.g. NY HIC #123 • NYC DOB #456.
      Logo
      PNG with a transparent or white background works best. Remove it to fall back to the company name & tagline.
      Colors
      The proposal updates live as you change these.
      AI Assist optional
      The Anthropic API key that powers “Detect with AI” for everyone at your company. It's stored encrypted on the server and never shown in full again. To hand billing to someone else, paste their key here.

      Past Projects photos
      Photos estimators can feature on the “Past Projects” page, grouped by roof system. Big photos are shrunk automatically.
      Data & backups
      Export downloads everything — proposals, settings, scope library and Past Projects photos — as one .zip. Keep it as a backup, or use it to move to a new server.
      Import loads a .zip from Export, or a zip of the desktop app's folder. Proposals with the same id are updated (the old copy goes into History). Nothing is deleted.
      The server also saves a full database backup every night and keeps 30 days.
      History
      Earlier versions of this proposal. While you work, a version is kept about every 10 minutes (the last 20 are kept). Restoring one makes it the current version — what's there now is kept here too.
